Sanketika Polytechnic has a well-established Training, Placement & Career Guidance Cell that focuses on enhancing student skills and supporting them in pursuing higher education or securing employment in reputed organizations based on their interests and career goals.

The TPO Cell was established in 2009 with the primary objective of creating extensive career opportunities for students through collaborations with leading corporate companies. The Cell organizes structured career guidance programs beginning from the first year of diploma education.

During the first-year induction program, students receive motivation, counseling, and a clear roadmap for campus training programs and self-preparation strategies. Students are encouraged to regularly interact with the Cell and faculty mentors for continuous career guidance and skill development.

The department is currently headed by K. Tulasi Krishna Kumar, who leads multiple initiatives aimed at improving employability and career readiness of diploma students.

The Cell plays a vital role in identifying employment opportunities by maintaining strong relationships with reputed industries and corporate organizations across Visakhapatnam and other industrial regions.

Career advisors actively engage students through industry interaction sessions, information fairs, and recruitment awareness programs to prepare them for professional careers.
